2. Website delivery and hosting
When you visit this website, the web server processes connection data needed to deliver the pages. This includes your IP address, time and requested resource, data volume, request status, and information sent by your browser about the browser, operating system and, where supplied, the referring page.
We process this information to deliver the website, investigate errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.
Our web hosting provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. As a technical service provider, it may access connection and operational data. The servers are located in Germany.
In the access logs provided for our hosting account, IP addresses are fully anonymized according to the configured setting, for example by replacing them with 0.0.0.0. These logs are deleted after 60 days and are used to generate server-side access statistics. This does not place analytics cookies on your device. Security incidents may also produce technical error and security logs, retained only for as long as needed to investigate the incident and protect operation.
3. Contact by email or telephone
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, message and information about your machine or order. We use it to respond to your enquiry and follow-up questions.
For contractual enquiries and steps taken before entering a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers and business contacts under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical email providers may receive data as part of this process.
We delete enquiry data when the matter has been resolved and there are no remaining grounds for retention. Business and contractual correspondence subject to statutory retention requirements is retained for the applicable periods. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer without the details necessary to handle your enquiry.
Email links on this site open your own email application. There is no public contact form on this website. Ordinary email communication is not necessarily end-to-end encrypted.
4. Cookies and locally hosted content
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies for ordinary visits to our information pages. Authorized editors may receive necessary session cookies when signing in. These are necessary for the requested sign-in function under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; related personal data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
This website does not use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Ads or embedded social-media plugins. Images and files required to display the pages are served from our own webspace. External fonts, maps and videos are not loaded automatically.
External source and licence links connect to the respective provider only when you select them. The provider’s privacy information applies to subsequent processing.
5. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Please use the contact details above to exercise your rights. Under Article 77 GDPR, you may also complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement.
